How to Fall Asleep Faster | SLEEP FAST TONIGHT

Welcome back. I wanted to do a video today on how to fall
asleep faster. If you’re having trouble falling asleep and
you feel like you want to put in a better sleep routine, you want to be able to wake
up earlier. Then I want to share with you what I’ve done
in order to help myself fall asleep faster. I’ll give you a hint. This all has to do with manifestation and
law of attraction. Why does it have to do with that? One of the best ways I found in order to fall
asleep faster is to visualize my dream life. I have talked about this in a livestream on
how to manifest faster and I talked about how when you visualize the thing that you
want, it’s so much easier, especially for me to do it right before I’m about to fall
asleep. So for example, one of the dreams on my list,
one of the things that I have decided to manifest is a beach house. I want a Beach House with long flowing curtains
with the breeze blowing with the ability to see the ocean. There’s a light railing floor to ceiling windows. I can see it in my mind’s eye and that is
something that I have practiced over and over again visualizing and I do that right before
I’m about to fall asleep. What happens is as soon as I start putting
those pieces in place and creating and I started visualizing, I fall asleep just like that. And so I would invite you to kind of double
up and practice your manifestation along with helping you get to sleep faster. It’s going to make it that much easier for
you to fall asleep. And not only that, but it’s going to help
you to manifest faster because now you’re able to visualize those things and when you
visualize it and you make the vision plain, it comes into your physical experience that
much faster. So that’s one of the first ways that I’ve
found to fall asleep faster. I literally fall asleep within seconds when
I am visualizing and working on manifestation. Now the next couple of tips are a little bit
more typical, which is falling asleep faster is that much easier when you have a specific
schedule. So when you wake up at a specific time every
morning, then you essentially start getting sleepy around the same time every evening. So for example, when my schedule requires
me to wake up at 5:00 AM or what I choose to wake up at 5:00 AM I’m tired at around
9 or 9:30 every single night without fail because it becomes a habit, it’s that much
easier to fall asleep. I fall asleep faster. As soon as my head hits the pillow, I’m asleep
right away. So that is a second suggestion that I would
provide for you if you’re trying to fall asleep faster, it’s just make it a habit and make
it a routine. Now the third suggestion that I have to help
you fall asleep faster is to make your bedroom a sanctuary. That means remove all distractions. Don’t get on your phone right before bed. Don’t start thinking of everything that you
need to do the next day. Don’t start talking about anything that stresses
you out. Start to go into that manifestation mode right
before you go to sleep, but also make your bedroom a sanctuary. Get a really nice comforter, get a really
nice pillow, nice warm blankets. Set that temperature low enough so that you
can be warm and cocooned inside of your blankets and do those same rituals every night in your
sanctuary of a bedroom that’s going to help you fall asleep that much faster. One thing that I used to do right before bed
when I was younger was to read a book and I would take my book right into bed and by
the time I got through a couple of pages, my eyelids would start drooping. Then I was able to close the book and fall
asleep right away. Now when I’m reading a book these days, typically
I’m reading it on a digital device, so I often try not to read a book on my phone or on my
iPad because I know that that’s probably going to keep me awake. Now there is a nighttime setting that you
can use on your phone, on your iPad. It will remove the blue light, which is usually
what keeps us awake a lot more. So you can do that, but I really would recommend,
if you’re going to read something, try to read a physical book, something that is just
going to be a couple pages you can turn and then you can fall right to sleep. So those are my three tips. Number one is getting in the habit of visualizing
right before bed. Number two is make it a habit and make it
a routine. And number three is make your bedroom a sanctuary. I hope this video was helpful. If you have more ideas for videos that you’d
like me to create, just comment and lead them below in the comments. I just want to keep sharing more, so feel

guys one the next one. Okay. Bye.
