Ladies you ovulate two weeks between period…I have a 33-35 day cycle..so I ovulate on day 17….I check my mucus by touching my cervix with my index finger while pushing down..when you push down this allows the cervix to let out cervical fluid exactly on the tip of the index finger…so you'll get to see the consistency of CM….its useful when TTC… CM should be stretchy,slippery and clear if you have ovulated
