Hello again! I thought it would be great to make a video To show you different ways to style your clothes. And that school or college, doesn’t have to be a place where someone wears only black and white outfits and sportswear. My first outfit is an orange dungaree, from an ethical brand called Lucy & Yak that only produces dungarees from organic cotton I wear it with a white top, made form organic cotton too. It is a very comfortable outfit for school and university classes, that goes great with a simple sneaker. I chose to go with my old Superga. Although in Greece it’s summer until late November, to turn this into a fall outfit, you can wear a long-sleeve top or a turtleneck with your dungarees. I chose this grey turtleneck, ideal for a chill morning. With the same sweater, I choose to wear this corduroy, dark green dress, that I bought from a second hand store. I feel that corduroy is the ultimate fall fabric, that I really like to match with different types of fabrics, like jersey, velour, even with denim! Don’t be afraid to experiment with your outfits inside and out of school *said the same person that wore the same outfits all those years* Also, this outfit goes well with high socks this particular pair has the “Girl with the pearl earring” print on it, a famous painting by Johannes Vermeer, one my favourite paintings. It gives a more hipster *I went to all the art galleries of Holland* vibe. Which we love, we really love. My next outfit, is a bit more safari, to make sure we are ready for Greece turning into a desert (in a few years). All the clothes in this outfit, the oversized top, belt and shorts, are second-hand, except from the shoes that are old. I styled it with a simple tote bag, along with the backpack of course. and I hooked a beautiful scarf on the tote bag, that you can actually wear in a lot of different ways. All of these outfits, I would personally wear them in college as well, and especially the last one. Another way to wear this outfit, is the same shorts styled with this button up jacket, that I love wearing thought the day, I trully believe that It matches with everything. My tote bag with its’ unique design is from an ethical brand called “Green Spirits”. Next one, is more of a winter outfit, these plaid pants that I wear every winter for the past 3 years, matched with an orange Ralph Lauren sweater that I bought second-hand. I matched the outfit with those vegan boots, that are very comfortable and warm. My next look is preferably for university classes and not for school. For those Panteion classes, at 6-8 or 7-9 in the afternoon, and when you finish you go to Koukaki for a walk? I stole this plaid skirt from my mom, the turtleneck sweater and the shocks, are second-hand. This look is ideal with black stockings, but I filmed this video at the end of August, so it was at least criminal to wear stockings! Then, I remembered that I have those Oxford type shoes, that are actually the worst pair of shoes I ever bought. Those particular ones are not comfortable at all, are very painful and ripped all my stockings. Be careful and buy high quality, and mostly comfortable shoes. This type of shoes, goes indeed with this outfit. For all of you that adore boots, you can match this outfit with boots and high shocks, and definitely with stockings. Those socks, are from a brand called “Swedish Stockings”, which produces socks and stockings by up-cycling old hosiery. Could I call this a video without any outfit with a shirt? Of course not. This look is a bit of a tom boy look, I mean me, maybe without the “tom”, just “boy”! The oversized corduroy shirt is second-hand, and the white levi’s jeans too. The striped top is an old one. And my sneakers are also vegan. A shirt it’s such a versatile piece! You can wear it like a jacket, tied up in your waist, bottomed up and inside the jeans, or bottomed up on top of pants. The past year, I have added up so many colours in my pallet more than what I wore in high school and university combined. It’s time to show you what I wore all of my 4 years at the university I always wore this simple black culottes, with this -too basic- grey t-shirt and my classic Superga. There is nothing wrong with this everyday outfit, it is simple and comfortable but really really boring. I will never forget the day I went to class dressed that way, My classmates, besides the compliments, may have thought “Oh look! She may have some other clothes to wear too!” A denim jacket can’t be missing from a video like this, so I matched this second-hand denim jacket I bought last year, with this turtleneck and the trousers that are also second-hand. This jacket is a facing jacket, something very helpful that keeps me warm, and it also has corduroy details. There’s definitely a pattern here! This look is also good with boots or sneakers or whatever you prefer. Thank you so very much for watching my video, if you like my content you can like & subscribe. I hope I gave you inspiration and ideas with these outfits. See you next week!
