Fry for just about a minute. I have fried onion for a minute really good. Boil 1 big potato in cooker, peel it and cut it. Add boiled potato, salt to taste, Mix well. When potato mixes well with onion, cover it and steam it for about 5-6 minutes. I have covered and cooked batata bhaji for 5 minutes really good. Aroma is awesome. Turn off the gas.
